Pastor Jim and Carol Cymbala
Pastor Jim and Carol Cymbala came to The Brooklyn Tabernacle more than thirty years ago. They started in a run-down building with a handful of people as a congregation. Although neither was formally trained for the ministry or in music, God graciously began to bless their efforts. Currently The Brooklyn Tabernacle is in its fourth location which is a former huge theatre with adjoining office buildings, all built in 1917. More than ten thousand people enter the building on a weekly basis as the church presents the gospel of Jesus Christ to people of every race and nationality.
